Sometimes they may not be available on insta DMs but the back-end team is quite dedicated - they literally called me personally to check whether I received the dress. The packaging had a perfume on it! I mean look at the dedication to make the customer experience so good. 🙌🏻
The dress fits absolutely perfect.
I'd just suggest 1 addition to Elenthelabel team - to add an extra elastic string at the back apart from the tying straps. It'll add extra hold for the front yolk to stay as it is.
