What currency are your prices in?
Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR).

How do I know which size will fit me best?
Our size guide serves as a general guideline to help you find the correct fit. Please check the product description as our silhouettes may vary from slim to oversized fitting. If you have any fit-related questions, please email our customer care team before making a purchase.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes as the shipping process has already started. Orders are processed immediately, so cancellation requests must be sent to our customer care team right away, including your order number and full name. Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delays.

What if something I ordered arrived damaged, incorrect, or faulty?
For damaged, incorrect, or faulty items, please follow the instructions on our delivery and returns page.

Garments & Care:
What if an item is not the colour I thought it would be?
Please note that due to different computer monitors/calibrations, colors may vary slightly from the picture. We make every effort to photograph garments accurately and provide detailed descriptions, but we cannot guarantee exact color representation on all monitors.

Domestic & International Shipping:
Is there a shipping fee?
We offer free shipping all over India.

What's the status of my order?
Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you can track your order by clicking on the tracking link provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

How long will it take to receive my order?
After placing your order, it takes 1-2 business days for processing. Standard shipping within India takes 3-5 business days, while international deliveries take 7-14 business days. Note that business days do not include weekends. For next-day deliveries in Delhi, India, please contact us. Additional charges may apply for delivery.

Will I have to pay customs and duties taxes?
For international orders, you are responsible for all customs and duties taxes in your own country. Please contact your local customs office or refer to our shipping terms page for detailed information.

Sale:
What does final sale mean?
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. For any questions or to check if your order qualifies for a refund, please contact our customer care team.

Exchanges & Returns:
What is our return policy?
After placing an order, refunds are not provided. However, we understand that sometimes a garment may not fit as expected. In such cases, we offer size exchanges within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Additionally, we facilitate returns for store credit, which can be used for a future purchase of your choice. What is our exchange policy?
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The items must be in original condition with all tags attached. We do not accept exchanges for final sale items or international orders. For more details, please visit our returns and exchange page.

How can I exchange a garment?
If you purchased as a registered user, you can request an exchange by logging into your account and clicking on the return option for the respective order number. For guest purchases, you can follow the link provided in the emails sent regarding your order. Please ensure the items are returned within 7 days from the shipping date, and note that items are eligible for exchange only once.

What if the garment received is faulty/damaged?
If you receive a product with a manufacturing fault, follow the same steps for exchanges/returns and provide images of the damage for investigation.

What if an item I purchased is out of stock? 
If an item you purchased is sold out, we will notify you via email and offer a suitable replacement or a full refund.

Payments:
What payment methods are accepted online?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners Club, and Maestro) for domestic and international online purchases. Net banking and affiliated online wallets are also accepted. If you prefer bank transfer, please contact us for more information.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, we do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
