I returned the dress as instructed, yet I still haven’t received any response regarding my refund. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase a brand for updates after fulfilling the return process.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be filing a formal complaint with the appropriate consumer authorities and pursuing legal action. This feels like a deliberate attempt to delay or avoid refunds, and I expect this matter to be addressed without any further excuses.
