We sincerely appreciate honest feedback from our customers, as it helps us improve. In this case, there was an unfortunate mix-up with the fabric due to a supplier error, which was not identified during production. We completely agree that the initial fabric did not meet our quality standards, and we take full responsibility for that.
As soon as the issue was brought to our attention, we immediately replaced the product with the original high-quality fabric we had been using. Additionally, we offered a 50% discount on her next order as a goodwill gesture, which she redeemed for another dress. While the fabric of the second dress is slightly sheer, it is designed to be layered and styled accordingly.
Our priority is always customer satisfaction, so we even extended the option of a full refund if she was still unhappy. However, we did not receive any further response from her. We genuinely regret the initial inconvenience but stand by our commitment to quality and service.
